A Tor browser is available for an Android smartphone or tablet by installing Orbot proxy and Orweb browser for Android. These applications are available on the Google Play store, and work quite well. Many options are present for configuring these applications for Tor, including bridges and completely transparently routing all internet traffic through the Tor Orbot proxy.
