South West Water Unreasonable Demands
Years ago a direct debit was set up with South West Water. In the process of Direct Debit instalments, a substantial credit acquires on the account. It was amazing that South West Water didn't automatically refund the overpayment and that their website still states we will discuss refunds with customers that are in credit.
It seems to me that South West Water wish to keep the money in their bank account and earn interest likely substantial amounts of overpayments. My decision was to never pay South West Water again for silliness for holding onto funds rightfully belonging to customers by direct debit.
Having a severally disabling mental health condition with stays in the hospital for extended periods without the ability to have access to my home correspondence for I was under sections under the civil mental health act.
I was unable to pay, accordingly, by manual bank transfer when their bill came in and on my return home found a substantial amount of threating letters concerning an outstanding debt with South West Water and the action they'd take in recovering the debt.
Worrying, to say the least for somebody who suffers from suicidal thoughts and low motivation for depression hampers my daily life.
With the assistance of my personal assistant discussions with South West Water explaining such matters were offered to explain that these letters should not be sent out without first SMS texting or contacting by phone with reminders or waiting for my PA to likely phone South West Water when aware of outstanding debts but this is often not practical or intruding excessively into my private life.
Basically for South West Water to offer reasonable adjustment for a disability under the disability discrimination act laid before the law.
Without my knowledge or agreement for South Water Water incorrectly assumed that the debt was owing to a financial difficulty they incorrectly set up a payment plan. This making the matter more difficult for now I have to act quicker in responding to outstanding debt and often when on a payment plan even though credit can often be the result which is almost the same situation as Direct Debits.
WIth South West Water they wish to take payment even when the account is in credit and this was evident in the latest discussion with South West Water when the situation was similarly owning to motivation depression mental health issues.
And they offer an excuse for sending the letter with comments "Debt Recovery Agency" and "Court Action" when in December my account was in credit and next bill did not arrive until the middle of January 2019 and outstanding debt was still on the account in the middle of February of £41.02. They also expect payment in 14 days when almost everyone gets monthly payments for jobs or from other means, pension, etc...
It is evident that South West Water is not going to offer reasonable adjustments under the disability discrimination act they just assume and don't listen when discussing the matter with their customers and repeatedly offer silly excuses for sending out annoying and worrying letters to their customers.
Come on South West Water stop sending out automatically generated letters to vulnerable people and start acting responsibly with your correspondence, and at least train staff including a higher up individual who I talked to today with excuses we want payment now pay it or action will be taken! Its standard procedure was their other excuse.
Come on South West Water start acting correctly and abide by the law or I'll take action under the disability discrimination act!
Has this ever happened to other individuals with silly correspondence from an organisation who don't understand anything about the real world?

Re: South West Water Unreasonable Demands
South West Water computer and account system, not reflecting balances correctly when an immediate quick transfer is made and can be proved yesterday. And being harassed for another payment. Payment of £41.02 made yesterday notice the balance states £41.02 still. False accounting or record keeping for that £41.02 was billed in January 2019.

Re: South West Water Unreasonable Demands
The Bill with the actions South West Water would take that is on paper dated 10th January 2019 has disappeared from South West Water's electronic system and replaced with a Bill created on 23/2/2019 for the same sum for that same period to 10th January, cover up or what!

Re: Cricket
This is original only match for today..
South Africa batting first, having been put in... are 59/0 in the 14th over. Slowish, but both the openers are looking very good...
